Pixie
today I walked
across the valleys of your back
the deep muscled thighs
my toes pressed and marveled
and rejoiced
into the weary bands of flesh
my heels dug and tension flowed down
into the honey smooth wood
and like a dancer I balanced and
swayed and listened to you
sigh
in the long mirror I saw
a dark-haired pixie standing
unclad with hair unbound
and laughing with wonder
striding across your body like an island
newly risen from the ocean
