Pantheon

If witches really 

got a free ticket 

into the great carnival

of existence

onto the night train 

of the sacred flame

or the airspace of dominion 

then I would go out 

at once 

and destroy several gods.

But I’m in love 

with the many faces

of the numerous divine 

the kind ones and

the mischief-makers alike

and I can’t abandon any

for a limited duotheism.

Also the natural world

the life source

must be balanced 

by the numinous paths

into the other worlds

so what can I say

except my way is not theirs 

and my gods 

each with their own dominion

are many 

not few.
