One Minute

one minute

is enough

to see the light

break over the

farthest waves

to glimpse the moon

where she leans

on the balcony

letting her robe

of clouds fall open

to watch the leaf

hang in the air

like an acrobat

posed in a moment

of inversion

to look at

another person

and to drink contentment

as if it were coffee

one minute

is enough
